I have to say trying to stick to a rigid diet when its this cold is nearly impossible but i still haven’t biked for a month what with all the renovations in my new studio and the problem with my leg but went to the physio today who said im allowed to start biking again along as i don’t do a full blown hard hill ride so Monday morning at 8 im going to be out on that bike cant wait.

In the mean time today’s food has looked like this  Breakfast Porridge with water and bananas  and chopped almonds

coffee and 1 piece of dark chocolate with some fruit

Lunch  rhye toast with hummous and cucumber and tomato

Dinner  mushrooms with spinach a topped with a poached egg
