Sunflower seeds

Pumpkin seeds

Flax seeds

sliced dried apricots

Handful of saltannas

Chopped apple

Handful of walnuts or pecans

Toast some porridge oats  (optional)


This is easy just toast all your seeds lightly, chop up the apple and apricots , crunch down the nuts add all together a drizzle of runny honey and 2 dessert spoons of yoghurt  serve for breakfast .

An excellent way to start full of good fats and energy you could also add fresh strawberries and raspberries.
